MATOAKA BEACH CABINS

The following are terms and conditions while on the premises of Matoaka Beach Cabins for the friends, family and relatives of ___________________________.

CABIN RULES:

• Check in is from 4pm-8pm. Check out is by 11am. Guests must pay the day use fee if they would like to enjoy the beach after check-out time.
• Domestic animals/Pets are not allowed on Matoaka property.
• A fee of $100 will be charged (to the card on file) if the cabin is left dirty or damaged.
• Wood fires are not allowed in the grills or cabin area. Grills are for cooking only.
• No smoking in the cabins.
• Quiet time after 9pm. No loud music in the cabin area, please be courteous to your neighbors.
• Extra guest fee is $30/person/night, payable by cash only upon check in.
• Refunds will be granted at the discretion of the management.
• Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation and/or beach access to any person whatsoever, at any time in accordance with existing laws and regulations.

BEACH RULES:

• No digging in or climbing on the cliffs, as they can drop large chunks and can seriously injure people.
• Fires are not allowed on the beach.
• Please keep off the stone jetties, they are slippery and sharp.
• No loud music on the beach – Sound carries, be courteous to others on the beach.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE RULES MAY RESULT IN EARLY TERMINATION OF A GUEST’S STAY.

I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of Matoaka Beach Cabins, LLC as outlined and hereby release and hold harmless the management from any liability for injury to person/property resulting from the use and occupancy of the facilities provided by the management. I agree to assume responsibility and liability for property damage and/or injury to myself and/or friends and relatives who are sharing the cabin with me, resulting from the use of the facilities provided by the management.
